TO DISCHARGE STORM DRAINAGE INTO THE SANITARY

wnsivrtfT WHEREAS, Foremost Dairies has a plant at 100 East Washington
Street, Petaluma,, California, which requires the discharge of storm drainage into the
sanitary sewer system; and
WHEREAS, Foremost Dairies has paid the fees required by
Section 19. 3 of the Petaluma City Code and the Director of Public Works has reported
upon this matter, which report is hereby approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Foremost Dairies
be, and they are, hereby authorized to discharge storm drainage water into the Petaluma
City Sanitary Sewer System in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 19 of the Petaluma
City Code,
under the power and authority conferred upon,this Council by the Charter of said City. _
