The City Council has received from the Planning Commission the application of Fred and Frances Hawthorne for a variance from the Zoning Ordinance No. 34O N.C.S. with respect to the property known as and located at 4 Halsey ?.venue and Assessor ''s Parcel No. 8-256-50 in the City of Petaluma, consisting of the following 'tTo subdivide Assessor' s Parcel No. 8-256-50 into two 50 foot wide substandard. lots , R-1 Zone,._'` WHEREAS, the. :City Council has received from said Planning Commission the resolution adopted by it at a meeting held on the 29th day of May, 1961 , from which it appears that a, -puh.lic hearing was held by the said Planning Commission op said application and notice given thereof in the manner and for the pdri•od required by the Zoning Ord .nan.ce No. 3110 N.C.S.. , and WHEREAS, no objections have been made or filed in opposi- tion to said application for variance . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby grant a variance from said Zoning Ordinance No. 340 N.C.S. with respect to the property known as and located at 8 Halsey Avenue in the City of Petaluma, consisting of the following : "To subdivide Assessor ' s Parcel No. 8-256-50 into two 50 -foot .vide substandard. Lott, R1 Zone, subject to the condition that the app•hicants comply with the following - That the structures erected on the proposed lots compriy with the minimum setback and yard reclu:iremints of the Zoning Ordinance " under the power uthonty conferred upon.this Council by the Charter of said City.
