RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT WITH THE"FIRM OF STEELE &- VAN DYK,
A.I.A. , FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR A
PROPO,S-E13 LIBRARY BUILDING .

the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the 5.th day of June 19 61.
tWMjANSAWi' # WHEREAS , the Library Board of Trustees has interviewed
a number of architects and has recommended to this: City Council that it
engage the firm of Steele & van Dyk, A.I.A. , Architects , 3960 Montgomery
Drive,. Santa Rosa, California., for the purposes of preparing plans and
specifications for a new library building,. and
WHEREAS,, a form of contract describing the services
to be rendered by said firm has been presented to this City Council, and
the Board of Library Trustees has recommended its execution,
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor be and
he is hereby authorized to execute the contract f:or architectural services
with the firm of Steele & van Dyk, A,I .A. , in the form as the same has
been approved.
