the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the 3.0.th day of J.11.A.e 1961
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute ,
on behalf of the City of Petaluma, the license agreement for the use of
the Fairground facilities on July 4, 1961, located on the grounds of the
Fourth District Agricultural Association, Petaluma, California,
under the power conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
