NOV 1 g 1985 5 of the City of Petaluma, California ORDERING ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS: ANNEXATION NO. 83-45 (PEDRONI) WHEREAS, a petition for the proposed annexation of territory to the City of Petaluma was filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) pursuant to Part Two of Title Four, Division Two, commencing with Section 35000 et seq. of the Government Code; and, WHEREAS, Sonoma County LAFCO has considered and approved the application and negative declaration of environmental impact and has designated the City of Petaluma as the conducting authority and the City Council has been directed to conduct annexation proceedings without notice and hearing and without an election pursuant to Section 35221 of the Government Code: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: The City Council of the City of Petaluma hereby orders annexation of territory designated by LAFCO as : Annexation No. 83-45 (Pedroni) and as set forth in the metes and bounds . Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
