RESOLtJTION AMENDING CLAS:SIF'ICAT:ION PLAN TO REVISE THE
POSITION CLASSIFICATI'ON OF POLICE SERGEANT
BE IT RESOLVED that the Classification Plan and Compensation
Plan as originally adopted pursuant to Resolution, No. 85-269 N. C. S. , and
the classification titles an.d specifications as adoptecl by Resolution No. 7054
N. C. S., are hereby amended by revising the classification of Police
Sergeant, (as attached hereto and marked EXhib'it "A," and made a part
hereof). -
BE IT ..FU:RTHER ~RESOLVED "that this action is takeri pursuant to
Personn.el Code 2.<04..020 ~ and Personnel RuTes ~ and' .Regulatioxis -(:Rule IV,
Section 5) for classificatio:ns in~cluded~ ,:in ~-tke~ ,Gompetifive Service of the
Personnel System, that the noti~ce of this. act'ion has been properly posted
and that the City Mari'ager .recommends this:.action.
