S. of the City of PetaTuma, California 1vIAKING APPLICATION TO LAFCO TO INITIATE PROCEEDINGS FOR ANNEXATION PURSUANT TO THE MORGA-1977: REDWOOD OIL AND AMARAL/SINGLETON et al ANNEXATION NORTHWEST OF INTERSECTION OF CORONA ROAD AND INDUSTRIAL AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the Municipal Organization Act - 1977 (Government Code 35000 et seq) this City Council hereby applies to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) of Sonoma County for a proposed change of organization as follows: 1. The Annexation shall consist of : "Inclusion in the corporate boundaries of the City of Petaluma territory described as Assessor's Parcels 48-080-26 and portions of 150-020-04,5,6,7, & 8 and Corona Road right-of-way (portion)". 2. Said territory is uninhabited. 3. Said territory is comprised of approximately 4.9 acres. 4. Descriptions of said territory is attached hereto as exhibit A. 5. The reasons for this: proposal are: ~, "as stated in the Petaluma Planning Depar.tment Staff Report dated 13 August, 1985" . 6. All the owners of land within said "terri:tory ~have been notified of such annexation and support same. Req . LAFCO . A / annex RESO. 85-306 NCS .7.
