S. ~ of the City of Petaluma, California ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR SEWER AND WASTEWATER CONNECTION, CON5TRUCTION AND UTILIZATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 15.44 THROUGH 15.77 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Sections 15.44 through 15.72 of the Petaluma Municipal Code, the following Schedule of Charges and fees for sewer and wastewater connecti~n, construction and utilization are established: SECTION 1. Sewer Connection Fees. ' A. Residential Uses (per each residential unit) $900 , 00 B. Non-residential users, but excluding Tndustrial users : Nine hundred dollars ($900.00) or a fee based upon the fixture unit installed or "roughed-in" in accordance with the fees set forth below, whichever is greater: Per automatic elothes washer 64.00 Per automatic dishwasher 64.00 Per bathtub 25.00 Per bedpan washer 64.00 Per dental chair 25.00 Per drain (floor) 13.00 Per drinking fountain or electric cooler 13:00 Per laundry tray 20.00 Per laundry tr-ay and sink combination 20.00 Per lavatory (regular or, dental) ~. 13.00 Per lavatory (surgeon} 20.00 Per sink (clinic, service flushing -ring) 64.00 Per sink (kitchen, laboratory, slop, surgeon) 25.00 Per toilet (flush valve) 64.00 Per toilet (flush tank) 32.00 Per urinal (flush tank) 20.00 Per urinal (flush vaTve) 32.00 Per wash fountain 25.00 Reso No 85-291 N.C.S. .. . . w ' , ~ i . Prior to the granting of a sewer hook-up, the applicant must have the approval of the City Council. Section 8. Sewer use permit fee. A fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged as follows: A. Residential outside the City: $25.00 B. Nonresidential and industrial: $25 . 00 p:lus direct costs associated with processing application Section 9 . Definitions . Definitions of language used in this resolution shall be as set out in Chapters 15.44 through 15.72 of the Petaluma Municipal Code. Section 10. Repealer.
