FOR ANNEX-A',TION PURSUANT T.O T-HE MORGA-1977:
FOR THE SYCAMORE HEIGHTS AN:NEXATION
8. 53 ~ ACRES ON SYCAIviDRE LANE
BE IT RES:OLVED, pursuant to the MunicipaT Organization Act - 1977
(Government Code 35000 et seq) this Ci=ty Cguncil ' hereby, applies to the
Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) of Sonoma County for a
proposed chan,ge of organization as follows:;,
1. The Annexation shal'1 consist of :
° Inclusion in the corporate boundaries of the City of Petaluma territory
described as Assessor's Parcel No. 048-141-46 (5ycamore Heights)."
2, Said territory coritains orie single-family residence.
3. Said territory is comprised of 8.53 acres.
4. Description of said _ territory is attached her-eto as exhibit A.
5. The reasons for this proposal are:
"as stated in the - Petaluma Planning Department Staff Report dated
Mar-ch 12, 1985." ~
6. A11 the owners of land witfiin said territo"ry have been notified of such
annexat'ion and support same.
7. The City Clerk is liereby authorized and~ direeted to file a certified
