AND THE COST OF IMPROVEMENTS 'THEREON, PURSUANT TO PETALUMA MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 20.34.010 FOR THF PERIOD COMMENCING ,JUNE 1, 1985 BE IT RESOLVED that the fair market value for Parkland for the period commencing June 1, 1985, is hereby established at $35,000 per acre, pursuant to Petaluma Municipal Code Section 20.34.O10A; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the improvement cost for Parkland public improvements located in streets and other rights of way (Petaluma Municipal Code Section 20.34.060) for the same period is hereby establishec~ at $46,200 per acre pursuant to Petaluma Municipal Code Section 20;34.OlOB; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the improvement costs for turf and permanent irrigation system (Petaluma Municipal Code Section 20.34.060) for the same period is hereby established at $32., 000 per acre, pursuant to Petaluma Municipal Code Section 20.34.OlOB; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all previou:s resolutions in conflict hereby are hereby repealed. Government Code Section 65477 which is the State enabling legislation. 3. Application o,f the t_able 'in Section.''20.34.090 and how changes in the t'able aff'ect fees~paid and/or acreage required. 4. A_ history of the Park Developmenf Eee's.. 5. A map.showing the Sour'ces (where funds:have been generated) and the Uses (wfiere fund~s have been~spent/allocated) fox the'Park Development Fees.
