S. of the City of Petaluma, California MAKING APPLICATION TO LAFCO TO INITIATE PROCEEDINGS FOR ANNEXATION PURSUANT TO THE MORGA-1977: CROWLEY ANNEXATION, 510 CLEARVIEW PLACE WEST OF WESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the Municipal Organization Act - 1971 (Government Code 35000 et seq) this City Council hereby applies to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) of Sonoma County for a proposed change of organ'ization as follows: 1. The Annexation shall consist of ; "Inclusion in the corporate boundaries of the City of Petaluma territory described as Assessor's Parcels 19-120-29 and a portion of 19-120-27" . 2. Said territory is uninhabited. 3. Said territory is comprised of 1. O1 acres . 4. Descriptions of said territory is attached hereto as exhibit A. 5. The reasons for this proposal are: "as stated in the Petaluma Planning Department Staff Report dated May 14, 1985". 6. All the owners of land within said territory have been notified of such annexation and support same. 7. The City Glerk :is. hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of th-is resolution with the Executive Officer of the LAFCO of the Coun.ty of Sonoma. . • Reso No 85-170 N.C.S. 8.
