RESOLUTION C;ONSENTING TO COMMON ~USE c~F CERTAIN
LANDS OWNED BY. THE PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC CUt/IPANY
FOR ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION FACILITIES' IN CONNECTIUN
THE PUMP STATION SITE FOR THE CITY'S WASTEWATER
IRRIGATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING, T.HE MAYOR OR CITY 144ANAGER
TO SIGN SAID AG°REEIGIENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Gity of Petaluma that the
Pacific Gas and Electric Company is the owner in possession of certain
rights-of-way and easements more particularly described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEll that the Pacific Gas and Electric Company
does consent to the consfruction, reconstruction, maintenance or use by the
City of said described pump station and appurtenant facilities on the herein
described rights-of-ways and easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor or City Manager is
hereby authorized to sign that certain agreement entitled "Consent to Common
Use" dated March 28, 1984 between the City of Petaluma and the Pacific Gas
and Electric Company for the purposes of electric transmission facilities in
connection with the City's pump station and appurtenant facilities related to
the City's irrigation project.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Gouncil by the Charter of said City.
