1. The City Council has considered any comments and mitigating measures
received pertaining to issuance of said Negative Declaration.
2. Mitigating measures -for potential future archaeological finds. and means
for the preservation of the .on-site windmill are required as a condition of
the Tentative Map.
3. No earthquake faults are believed to be active'' on the site.
4, Additional air pollution generated by the project is not expected to
exceed permissable standards.
5. Proposed development is not expected to have a significant impact on
the adjacent marsh wildlife habitat. The proposed row of evergreen trees
which would separate the site from the marsh will provide a buffer. Design
approval of the Adobe Creek improvements by the Fish and Game
Department should insure proper consideration for the fish and wildlife.
6. Additional demand for public services will be compensated for by
anticipated property tax revenues and required impact fees.
7. Projected traffic generation is not expected to impact neighboring
streets beyond their planned capacity.
8. Future improvements in the flood plain will be required to conform with
all- pertinent flood safety regulations.
