~ FOR ANNEXATION PURSUANT~ T,O 1"dIORGA-1977
(PEDRONI-VIGINTTY "I" STR~EET AND TERRACE AVENUE)
BE IT RESOLVED., pursuant to the Muriicipal Organization Act - 1977
(Government Code 350OD et seq) this City Coun.cil .hereby applies to the Local
Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) of .Sonoma County for a proposed
charige of organization as follows:
l. The Annexation shall consist of:
"Inclusion in the corporate bouridaries of the City of. Petaluma
' territory described as Assessor's=.~Parcels #19-202-06, 07
2. Said territory is uninhabited. ,
3. Said territory is c.omprised'of '5+or- acres (see #8 below).
4, A description of said territory is attache.d hereto as an exhibit.
5.. The reasons for this proposal are:
Properties are contiguous to the- City and owners wish to
develop at City ciensities.
6. All the owners of land within said territory have requested
said annexation .

certified copy of this resolution with the Executive Office of the

Being a portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4 of seetion 4, Township 4 North, Range 7 West, Mount
Diablo Base and Meridian,-County of Sonoma, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Common Southerly corner of the lands
of Louis Eckmam and the easterly line of I Street, said
common corner being the point of intersection of the
extension of the Southerly boundary of Harte as said lands
are described by deed recorded in Book 3534 of Official
Records (O.R.) at page 34, Sonoma County Records (S.C.R.),
formerly lands of Fred Eckman (1905 O.R. 304) and said
easterline of I Street, said Southerly boundaries of Harte
and Eckman being common with the Southerly line of that
poxtion of the I Street Annexation No. 1 recordea in Book
180 of maps at page 31, S.C.R. on the Easterly side of
I Street, said point of beginning being common with the
Northerly line of the lands of ~Pedroni (2462 O.R. 183);
thence-from said point of beginning in an east~rly direction
along the common boundary of said la`nds of Pedroni and
said I Street Annexation No.~l South 89° 58' 29" East 655.97
feet to the common easterly corner Pedroni and said
Annexation thence leaving said common-boundary and along
the East.erly boundary of said lands- of ~Pedroni (being an
extension of the most easterly. boundary of said I Street
Annexation) South 0° 45' 04" West 208.00_feet to the common

along said extension and the easterly boundary of said
