A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AT1D EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ROBERT KOENITZER
FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES (ACQUISITION) IN CONNECTION
WITH PROPERTY LOCATED AT LINDBERG LANE AND KRESKY COURT
(PETALUMA ECUMENICAL PROJECT-AP #7-471-37,38)
BE IT RESOLVED THAT that Mayor or City Manager is hereby
authorized to enter into and execute an agreement with Robert Koenitzer for
appraisal services (acquisition) in connection with the unimproved property
located on Lindberg Lane and Kresky Court (Petaluma Ecumenical Project A.P.
#7-471-37,38) in accordance with the terms indicated in Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof .
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was introduced: and adopted. by the Appio as

being located on Lindberg Land- and Kresky Court, per your standard
contract as previously submltte_d on'.the ,property at 231 Wilson Street
in Petaluma. This report will be compleaed wi.~hin 45 days after noti-

Any additional court work would be:.,by.separate~agreernent. At this time
