S. of the City of Petaluma; California A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AT1D EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ROBERT KOENITZER FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES (ACQUISITION) IN CONNECTION WITH PROPERTY LOCATED AT LINDBERG LANE AND KRESKY COURT (PETALUMA ECUMENICAL PROJECT-AP #7-471-37,38) BE IT RESOLVED THAT that Mayor or City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into and execute an agreement with Robert Koenitzer for appraisal services (acquisition) in connection with the unimproved property located on Lindberg Lane and Kresky Court (Petaluma Ecumenical Project A.P. #7-471-37,38) in accordance with the terms indicated in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof . Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
