Seeing no persons wishing to speak, Mayor Glass closed Public Comment on the CONSENT CALENDAR. Council Member Healy Motion: Approve CONSENT CALENDAR items 3.A, 3.8, 3.C, 3.1), 3.F, 3.G, 3.H, and 3.1. Motion by Teresa Barrett, seconded by Kathy Miller.
