S. of the City of Petaluma; California A RE90LiJTION APPROVING REVISION 1n THE PHASING PLAN FiOR TENTATIVE SUBDfiVISION MAP.1~ OAK MEAD=NORTH BAY PARK -SCJ13D IV I S ION WH~tEAS, I~GAN & C1~PPIN, as owner and subdivider, has f i.led with this Council a tentative map proposing to revise the phasing plan for the subdivision lmown as OAK 'MEAD-N~tTH BAY PARK Subdivision, and has and has paid all required filing fees; and, WHEREAS, the City Engineer, the Director of. Planning, the Sonoma County Water Agency, and the Pl'anning' Comniss-i.on have examined and reviewed the same as required by law~and al.l reports, recommendations, and comments thereon have been forwarded. to~ and considered by this Council at its meeting held on July 18, 1983; NCJW, TI-iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this. Counc i 1 hereby reaffirms the findings as stated in Resolution 9133 N.C.S., originally approving the tentative map, as follows.: 1. The proposed subdivision, together with. provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. 2. The proposed subdivision.. is compatible with the objectives, policies, general .land uses, and programs specified in said General Plan. 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. 4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. 5. The design of the subdivision and the proposed improvements therefor will not cause substantial environmental damage, and no substantial or avoidable injury will occur to fish or wildlife or their habitat. 6. The design of the Subdivision and. the type of irr~rovements will not cause serious public health problems,. 7. The de ign of the Subdivision acid the type of irr~rovements proposed will not conflict with easement's, acquired by the public at large, for access through or use of property within the proposed subdivision.
