REVISING 'II~ UNIT DEVEIIJP~Vr PLAN FOR 'II~ PARK PI~CE I II SUBDIVISION LiOCATID AT IvIARIA .DRIVE AND RAINIER AVIIWE (RYDER I-~~IES/QANrAS' DEVF~AP1vIF1VT) ~, by action taken on May 24, 1983, the Planning Cotrmission recomnended adoption of further revisions to the Unit Develo~xnent Plan by substituting models on twelve lots more particuarly described as follows: Lot No. House Plan No. 48 3 54 2 56 4 57 3 63 4 64 3 65 4 70 3 78 3 79 4 80 2 86 4 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED that the unit development plan revisions on file in the Office of Community Development and Planning as reviewed and recommended by the City Planning Commission at the May 24, 1983, meeting are hereby approved as revised pursuant to Sections 19 A-504 of Zoning Ordinance No. 1072 N. C. S., as amended; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby adopts the Findings of the Planning Commission as its findings as stated hereinafter: l.
