~ WHEREAS, the Plann. in.g Commission has re'commended the issuance of a
Negative Declaration pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act
• (CEQA) for the follo.wing Project.:

(Administrative an_d Professiqnal District) to: P.U.II. (Planned Unit

4.. L,ynch Creek whicli borders the sout;her:n boundary of the site will
not be disturbed by the proposed site improvements.
5. . Lynch Creek Way is adequate to accommodate the future vehicular
traffic generated by proposed development.
6. The project will generate an additional ..:689 ac/ft of runoff during
a 6 inch./ 24 hour storm, which will be stored in a~ retention pond system.
7. The offices ,are ..adequately screened from fhe adjacent freeway by
way of a 10-foot wide landscap'e buffer strip. ~
8. The p.roject is ~ consistent with the Petaluma General Plan and
Envirorimental Design Plans:, and with the ,masfer landscape plan approved
for the park.
9. The timing of mitigation measures s'hal~l `be in place before project
