The City Council of the City of PetalLmia further finds that the project is consistent with the types of projects the City wishes to promote. 3. S. - y . rvurorr n FACILITIES Project Facilities consist of the following: A truck terminal to be located in the City of Petaluma, including approximately 173,426 square feet of paving, 9,330 square feet of dock space, 3,300 square feet of office space, 6,266 square feet of shop space and underground fuel storage. The total estimated direct and indirect Project costs for land, materials, labor and overheads, together with indirect cost of Participating Party including design, engineering, construction supervision, environmental and licensing exPenses, and other allocable overheads and present estimates for escalation and contingencies for the acquisition, installation and construction of the truck terminal facilities described in the Application is $2 million. a ~~~~~~~~ ~
