S. : of the City of Petaluma, California I~E.SOLUTI~T APPIZlJVI1VG THE REVISED .DEVEL,OPIv1E~TT PT~AN FOR 'IHE ACpRN TERRAC.~E SUBDIVISIOIV I~OCATED A'T SYCAMORE LANE A1~ID AC7JRN DR:IVE WF-III~EAS, by Ordinance No. 1507 N.C.S., Assessor's Parcels Nos. 48-141-42 & 43 were.rezoned to P.U.D., (Planned Unit Developnent); and Wf-~2FAS, by action taken on Septenber 14, 1982, the Planning Comnission recomnended a revision of the adopted (Resolution No. 9374 N.C.S.) final unit develop~nent plan in said Planried Unit Zone, to substitute six two-story two bedro~n units for six approved two-story one bedroom units (Unit N~nbers 12, 13, 14, 15, 50 and 51), NOW, ZHIIZF~'C~E, BE I'T RFSOLVID that the revi sed f inal uni t development plan on file in the Office of Corrmuriity Development and Planning is hereby approved pursuant to Section 19 A-504 of Zoning Ordinance No. 1072 N.C.S., as amended; and, BE IT FURTHER RE.90LUFD that the City Council hereby adopts the findings of the Planning Comnission as its findings as stated hereinafter: 1. Said plan clearly results in a more desirable use of land and a better physical enyironment than would be possible:under any single zoning district or combination of distr,icts. ~ 2. That the Planned Umit District is proposed on property which has a suitable relationship to one (1) or more thoroughfares; and that sa.id thoroughfares are adequate to carry any additional traffic generated by the develo~nent. 3. That the plan for the proposed devel~:o~nent pr.esents a unified and organi,zed arrangement' of the buildings and.service faciliti'es which are appropri~ate :in rel~ation to adjacent or nearby~properties and that adequate l:andscaping and/or screening is included if necessary to insure c~atibility. 4.
