~ A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF THE PATHS
- AND LLGHTING PROJECT - LUCCHESI PARK
(HERMSMEYER PAVING C,OMFANY)
BE IT RESOLVEp that the City cquncil hereby finds that the
contract for the work consisting of f.urnishing materials, labor,
equipment and services necessary for and appu°rtenant to the completion
of the improvements (pathways an~d li'g,h,ting) for the Lucchesi Park
Project, in accordaace with the plahs and specifications therefor, which
contract was awarded to Hermsmeyer Paving Company, 1210 Airport
Boulevard, Santa 'Rosa, California, 6y Resolu'tion No.9400 N. C. S. , is
completed; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESDLUED that the Gity Clerk be, and she is
hereby authorized and directed to reeord a Noti'ce of Completion of said
work and that thirty-five days after the date hereof, a check shall be
issued to said Hermsmeyer Faving Company in the sum of Twenty-Two
Thousand Nine Hundred Nineteen and 63/100 Dollars ($22,919.63); and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said pay~me_nt shall be made, less
any amounts to be with~held pursuant to valid~ ~Stop Notices.
Under the powet. and authority conferred upon this Council,6y the Charter of said City.
