S. ~ of the Cit.y of Petaluma, Ca~lifornia RESOLUTION APPROVING A T'ENTATIVE SUBDIVISION. ~~ MAP FOR WASHINGTOIV E5TATES LOC`A'TED NEAR THE SOUTHEASTERN ~CO.RNER OFI .E'AST. WASHINGTON STREET ~ AND ELY BLVD. SOUTH. WHEREAS, Arthur Condiotfi and Z.A.M. . Enterprises, Inc. as owner and subdivider, have filed with this Council a tentative map proposing to subdivide land within this City to be known as ..Washington Estates Subdivision, and have paid all required~ fil'ing fees; and., WHEREAS, the City Eng~ineer, the Director of Planning, the 5onoma County Water Agency, and the Planning Commission have examined and reviewed the same as req"uired by law and all reports, recommendations, and comments thereon have been forwarded to. and considered by this Council at its meetirig held on September 20, 19~82. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Council hereby finds as follows : l. The proposed subdivision, together with provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan . 2. The proposed` subdivision is compatible with the objectives, policies, gerieral land uses, and programs specified in said General Plan. 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. 4. The site is phy:sically suitable ~for the proposed density of development . ~ , ~ . 5. The design of the subdivision and the p~rop,osed improvements therefor will riot., cause subs,taritial en"vironmental damage., and no substantial or avoidable injury will occur to fish or wildlife or their habitat. - 6.
