BE IT RESOLVED that certain equipment is.declared,surplus to the City's

described equipment and/or vehicle; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is hereby dir-
ected and authorized to sell.and dispose of the same by bid, by public auction,
or by public sale, as he deems appropriate in the manner and in accordance
with the provisions of Chapter:3.12 of the Petaluma Municipal Code;
Under the power.and authority conferred upon this Councii by the Charter of said City.
