IT ,RESQI~VED that the City Council hereby finds as followsc . .. . . ..1. Adeqiaate evidence of increased cos'ts justify.ing a'rate increase was presented' at the hearirig both in written form arid; in testimony. 2. No substantial e~i'dence adderse 'to the,finding that the rate - increase was justified_by higher. cos.ts was, present,. 3. The contraetor, Viacom, Ine., intends.to.up,grade and expand its cable system to 26 channels. . 4. A portion of the rate increase is attribu.table to the system expansion. . - BE IT. FURTHER RESOLVED that based'on°the,,abo~e.findings, the Couneil he.reby approves the p:roposed r;ate sehedule submitted by Viacom, Inc., for CAT.V service, wh'ich 'schedule is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by refererie;e, subject to the conditions that said rate ~ inc-r•ease shall not occur uriti'l the~upgrade.and expansion has been completed.
