. WHEREAS, the ~C'oumeil of' the City of Peta!Iuma di'd on tfie 19th day of
- April, 1982, adopt i:ts Resolution of Intentiori;No. 9427 N.C.S., declar-
ing its intention tq vacate.and abandon and.c°lose to public use the ~
~ portion of the all:ey her.einafte•r described, wh'ich'resolution was duly
~ and legally publisYied~in :the'time, form _arid manrier as required by law,
as shown by the affidavit of'posting on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said Ci.ty; and',,
WHEREAS,. after the adoption thereof,,;notices of the passage of said

of Prospect Street; thence South 68° 05' West a distance of 21.2

is authorize'd to execute,.•a convey.ance ther.efor upon such negotiated
