NEGATIV'E ~DECLARATTON PIJRSUANT TO TWE CA~L-`'IFORNIA
ENVIR~NMENTAt
- Ql1ALITY ACT ANp=THE F~RIOR.'~ADOPTIDN
OF A.CITY-WID.E MASTER ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
FOR OAK CREEK; APARTMENTS LOCAT.,ED, AT THE .END OF
GRAYLAWN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Plann~i~;ng Commission.-ha~s.recommended' the issuance of a
Mitigated Negati`v,e:Dec:lar,.at-ion pursuant to the California EnVironmental
Quality Act (CEQA) for" t:he following project (s):
1. Rezoning of a' portion of Assessor'''s Parcel 19-0:10-02
(17.560 acre`s) from R1-6500 (Sing7-e Fami'ly) and F.P.C.
(F1ood P'lsaan Combi,ning,) to P.U.D. (F1ann:ed lJnit Devel-
opment) and F:P.iC. (Flood Plain Comblinin;g).
. 2. Approval of a un.it development plan for a residential
project cons,i"sting•:of 76, apartment, .unit.
WHEREAS, the City has adopted a Mas.ter`EnVironmental ~Tmpact Report
on th~ City's General Rlan/Environmental Desi'gn~Plan which depicts the
land use classification proposed;for the project; and,
WHER£AS, additiona.l• focused env.ironmenta.l. stad,ies have been
prepared.for the area and ~whic~h-'have beerr rece~i'v:ed by the Community
Development,and:•Planni:ng Department and the.Planning G~mmission; and,
WHEREAS ,~suc6 m'i ti gati ng measures .ha've been recommended~: by the
Planni`ng Commissi~on'a'nd~staff where necessary to elimin~atef, o,r minimize
any significant ad~erse en,~ironmental effects;
NOW,'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED~that the issuance of said Negative
Decl~a~rat•i;on pursuan~t to the ,Cal i forn.i a Envi ronment~al Qua1 i ty. Ac.t i s.
