S. , of Yhe City~ :of~,Petaluma, Cal'ifornia . ~ , - A RESOLUTION.ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF MUNICIPAL SWIM CENTER SOLAR SYSTEM - BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereb.y finds that the contract for the work consisting of furnishing~materials, labor, equipment and services necessary for and appurtenant to the completion of the solar system for the Municipal.Swim Center, in accordance.with the plans and specifications therefor and awarded to Native Sun, Inc., by Resolution No. 94~13 N.C.S. is completed; and, • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVfD that the City Cle;rk be, and she is hereby authorized and di.rected to record a Notice of Completion of said work, and that thirty-five ,(35).days after the date hereof,-a check shall be- issued to said Native Sun, Inc., in the sum of Ele:ven Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen Doll.ars: and four cents ($11,215.-04);. and, BE IT FORTHER RESOLVED that said above payment shall be made, less any amounts to be •wi`thhel'd~ pursuant to val id Stop Noti:ces.
