S. of the City of Petaluma, California A RESOLUTION OE THE CITY GOUNGIL .OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA AUTNORIZING PURGHASF OF .A PARCEL OF T~1X-DEEDED~'PROPERTY, CQ~1MONLY KPIOWN AS FLAHfRTY AIIENU'E AND f~ORE PARTICULARLY KNOWPJ AS PARCEL N0. 6=063-14. - WHEREAS, Assessor's Parcel No. 6-Q63-,14 is located in the City of Petaluma, County of 'Sonoma, State of California; and, WHEREAS, Assessor's Farcel No. 6-063-14`has been tax-deeded to the State of California for the non-payment ~f :delinguent tax,~s; and 6JHERfAS, the City of Petaluma wishes to purchase Assessor's Parcel No. 6-063-14 by making an a.greement with the Board of Supervisors of the County of Sonoma for the purchase of said parcel of land; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Revenue and Taxati'on Code Section 122, the City of Petaluma is 'a revenue district; and LJHEREAS, pursuant to ReVenue and Taxation Code Section 3791.3 a Revenue District may make an agreement for the purchase of tax-deeded property; and WHEREAS, the City of Petaluma intends to use Assessor's Parcel No. 6-06'3=14 as a street; ~ NGUI, THEREFORF', ~'E TT RESOLV.Ep., ordered and ~+eclared as follows: 1. The City Cou'ncil of the Gity of Petaluma does hereby authorize the purchase of Assessor's Parcel rlo. 6-063-14 and approve the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and all attachments thereto. 2. The Goancil shall upon receipt of the deed for Assessor's Parcel No. 6-063-14 from Grantor, the State of Cali`fornia, accept said deed. UnBer the: power and authority conferred upon this Council :by the Charter of said City.
