WHEREAS, afte:r analysis o,f the Gi:ty's H'ousing Element and current construction activity, recommendations for fiiture.housing units and distri- butiqn have been determin,ed; and:, WHEREAS, the.meaning of 198.2 Allotm'ent:Year und.er Ordinance 1446A NCS is hereby defined"as the 198!2'Galendar Year.commencing on_January 1, 1982,~ and ending December 31, 1982; and, WHEREAS,,.the Office.of Community Deve.l'opment and Planning,h,as recom- m`ended the following~distribut-ion o£ units assumi"ng a:~five percent (5%) annual p.opulation growtli rate and'~~an average unit occupancy of 2.70 persons; and, .
