OF THIS CITY `RELATING TO MADISON. MP,NOR #1 and #2 . SUBDIVISION LOCATED'BETVJEEN.MADISON STREET AND BURLINGTON DRnIUE, PETALUMA ' . ~ ~ , , ~ WHEREAS, Paul Hillesheim has requested.certain modifications to the requirements of the 5ubdivision~Ordinance; and,,: • WHEREAS, the.Planning Commission held,a:he~aring ori the 9th day of February, 1982', upon the request for modifieation, with respect to Lot 3 of the,proposed Madison' Manor #1 and Lots ll arid 12 of Madison Manor #2 Subdivision, located be.tweeri Maclison Street. and;Burlington Drive consisted of the following: Madison Manor Unit #1 Reduct'-ion in width of Lot 3 from 65 to 59 feet. Madison Manor Unit' #2 ' Reduction 'in length of Lot 12 from '100 to 95 feet. Creation of a flag on Lot 11. WHEREAS, the Plarining Commission has recominended to this Council that:the modifications be apprbved, ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE; IT RESOLVED that the mod'ifications above described are hereby granted pursiiarit to the authoritg of`Chapter 20.40 of~ th`e Petaluma Municipal 'Code, and, BE IT:FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council' finds:~ . ~ ' . .. ~ . 1.,; That there~.are ~special ~ci'rcumstances or cond'itions aftecting • ~ sa~id ~P.."roperty.
