RESOLUTION ARPROVING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP FOR
CREEKVIEIJ COMMONS SUBDI:VISI.OPJ.,(Vicinity Ely Blvd. & Lynch Creek)
WHERfAS,'DAIIDEL Corporation, ~nd tlie McBail Company as owners and Subdivider
'have~filed with this Council a tentative map~proposi-ng to subdivide land within
this City to be known as Greekview Commons,Subdi.visi,on, and have paid all required
filing fees; and, -
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, the Direc"tor of Pl:anning, the Sonoma County
~Water-Agency, and the Planning Commi~;ssion hav,e examined and re.viewed the same as;
~required by law and all reports, recommendations, and comments thereon have been
-fowarded to and considered by this Council at i~ts`me~ting held on PJovember 16,

I. The proposed °subd`ivision;, together: with. provi.s~inons fo,r _i.ts design and
improv.ement, is consistent with the Geaeral,Plan. ~ ~ ~
2. The proposed subd~ivision is compat.ible wi'th' the objectiveS, policies,
general land uses, and~programs specified ip said General Plan.
. 3. The site is physical'ly;suitab:le for the type of dev~elopment proaosed.
. 4. The site is physically ~sui`table for.the~ proposed density of~development.
5. The design of the Subdivision and the proposed improvements therefor
will not cause substantial environmental damage, and no substantial or avoidable
inju,ry will occur to fish or wildlife or their habitat.
6. The design of the Subdivision and the type of improvements will not
cause serious public health problems. ~.
7, The design of the Subd:ivision and the ty.pe of'improvements proposed
will not conflict wi~th easements, acquired by the public at large, for access
through or use of property withi.n the pr.oposed subdivision.
