S. of the City of Petaluma, California A RESOL'UT?~N~.REQUESTING CANCELLAT,ION OF TAXES ON PROPERTY ACQU'IRED BY THE CITY OF PETALUMA AND DESCRIB_ED ON ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" BE IT RESOLVED that by reason.of the fact that this City acquired the ownership of property more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto, request is hereby respectfully made to the Board of Supervisors of Sonoma County, California, for its order cancelling the taxes on said property for the applicable fiscal years. ' BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to said Board of Supervisors for the purpose of notifying it of this request. The parcels of real propert,y referred to in this resoT'ution are situated in the City of Petaluma, County of Sonoma, State of California, and are a matter of record and are more particularly described in the copy of the document attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A", ~ '``~` Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
