~Negative Decl,ara:tion, pursuant to the Cal i fornia .En'vi;ronmental Qual i ty
~Act is hereby aqprov.ed, bas;ed upon the fp:llowirng findings:
~ 1. The City Gouncil has considered~any comments and:mitigating measures
creceived pertaining to issuance of sai~d'.Negatiye Declaration, and finds the

~ responses the;reto to~° be adequa,te.

i 2. No significan_t~.adverse environmental :effe:cts wi11 result from the
~project as proposed:, o:r~any potentially~significant effect.vrill be mitigated
by~ the proposed design~ and executi'on o:f the• pro'je'et.
3. -Mitigating,.me;asures' for potenti°al fu;ture areheological finds are
regaired as a condition of the Tnetat"i,ve Map,.
4. Addi ti~onal demand' :for publ i c s`e`rvi ces w•i`T1 be compensated for by
