SUBDIV`ISIO`N ~MAP ~ , _ ;WHEREAS,, the Ci~ty has adopted a Master Environmental Impact Report on `the Ci ty's Genera;l Pl an/Envi ro,nmen'tal Desi~'gn. Pl an whi ch depi;cts t'he 1'>and use cl~ass i fi ca- tion proposed for the proj'ect; and, , WHER~EAS;, addi.t.i'o,nal fo~cused environmental studi'es have been prepared for the ar.ea „ and'w_hich~ ha~e been rev'iewed b`y the Communi'ty De.~ielopment and Pl~anning Department and the Flanni'ng Commission;, and, _ W,HERE°AS~, sueh mi t~ gati:n,g meas,ures have been recommended. by the. The City Gouncil has considered~any comments and:mitigating measures creceived pertaining to issuance of sai~d'.Negatiye Declaration, and finds the f' ~ responses the;reto to~° be adequa,te. _ ; i 2. No significan_t~.adverse environmental :effe:cts wi11 result from the ~project as proposed:, o:r~any potentially~significant effect.vrill be mitigated by~ the proposed design~ and executi'on o:f the• pro'je'et. 3. -Mitigating,.me;asures' for potenti°al fu;ture areheological finds are regaired as a condition of the Tnetat"i,ve Map,. 4.
