City Council Concerns/Questions
from meeting of 1VIay 1~, 2010
® City Council reviewed. the proposal on 1VIay 1~; ~ol® and had the
follow%ng queStonS~/concerns:
® The Council requested that .staff provide additional °information pertaining to the Sunnyslope
Assessment District.
® Staff to come back with a detail of the maintenance agreement and the funding mechanism that will be
in place.
® The remainder .parcel shall be required to come back to .Planning Commission and Council if a .future
subdivision is requested..
® Staff and the applicant to come up with an appropriate floor area ratio (F.A.R.) number and a % of
impervious surface that will be permitted on each. of these parcels.
® The applicant shall take a closer look at the entrance from D Street..
® Council requested that the Greenponts rating required for these parcels shall be a minimum of 75,
points.

® A®pt a Resolution ~1pr®ving a Mitigated 1~Tegative
Declaration
• Approve a Resolution for a Planned Unit District
Modification to the Sunnyslope PUD and
• Approve a Resolution for a Tentative Parcel Map for the
proposed subdivision to subdivide the property into four
(4) lot plus a remainder.
