Cn RECOMMENDATION ~~~ Staff is recomrrr~ending that. the City Council: ® A®pt a Resolution ~1pr®ving a Mitigated 1~Tegative Declaration • Approve a Resolution for a Planned Unit District Modification to the Sunnyslope PUD and • Approve a Resolution for a Tentative Parcel Map for the proposed subdivision to subdivide the property into four (4) lot plus a remainder.
