RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
KNOWN AS. "WEST PAYRAN STREET EXTENSION."

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council hereby finds that the contract for the West Payran
Street Extension has been duly completed and performed by O. C. Jones and Sons,
in accordance with the plans and specifications entitled, "West Payran Street
Extension" and approved by Resolution No, 2743 N.C.S.
BE IT FURTHER,RESOLVED that the City Clerk, be, and she is
hereby authorized and directed to record a notice of completion of said work, and
that. 35 days after the date hereof a warrant shall be issued to said contractor in
the sum of One Thousand Seven.Hundred Twenty-nine and 16/100 (1, 729. 16)
balance due for said work as shown in the certification and report of the City Engineer,
under the power and authority conferred uppn this'Council by the Charter of said City.
