1961"' AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR SAID WORK,

WHEREAS, ;Ordinance 612.N. C. S. authorized the construction of
improvements to the storm drain;on Baker Street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifi-
cations entitled, "Baker Street Storm Drain Improvements,. 1961" prepared by
the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk on the 6th day of November
1961, be, and the same are, hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to cause a Notice. to Bidders to be published as prescribed by law and
the City Charter,
under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of,said,City.
