RESOLUTION OF TUEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PETAIUMA ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EKFE1:DITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO
CITIES .

AWN Id/'JE'6/vf W EREAS , a master agreement has been executed by the
City of Petaluma, hereinafter referred to as the city, and the State
Department of Public Works , Division of Highways:, hereinafter referred to
as the Department, on March 15 , 1961 , for expenditure of state allocated
funds ; and,
WHEREAS.,. a project statement has been prepared and was
submitted to the department on telephone regneet September 27 , 1961 showing
the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the
1961-62 fiscal year ; and,
cifIEREAS, a budget , approved by the department on
October 2 , 1961 has been presented to the city council in accordance with
the project statement submitted by the city; and',
WHEREAS., the city council has heard read said budget,
as approved by the department, and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the
City of' Petaluma that said budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget
of expenditures'
xpenditures recommended to be made from such funds during the 1961-62
fiscal year .
