BE IT RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the written request of C & I-I Contractors, Inc. ,
dated December 26, 1961, the time for the completion of the work of constructing
improvements in Assessment District. No.. 5, City of Petaluma, Sonoma County,
California, in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, under agree-
ment with Alfred J. Roberts, as ''Engineer of Worh' of Assessment District No. 5 .
N. S. of the City of Petaluma, County of Sonoma, State of California, dated July 28,
1961, be, and the same is, hereby extended to and including the 27th day of January,
1962, at the hour of midnight.
under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
