EXPENDITURE OF' FUNDS ALLOCATED.UNDER SECTION

WHEREAS, the Interim City Engineer has prepared a project
statement and budget for the expenditure of the engineering allocation of funds to
the City of Petaluma by the State of California for the fiscal year 1962-63; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined said budget as prepared
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Petaluma that it approves the budget of the proposed expenditure of the
funds allocated under the authority of Section 2107. 5 of the Streets and Highways
Code and the said budget is hereby approved,
under the power and'authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
