ASSIGNMENT AGREEMEMT BETWEEN CAL=NORTH BUILDERS AND DEVELOPfRS, INC
and MC BAIL COMPANY
This constitutes an agreement between McBail Company and Cal-North
Builders and Developers Inc wherein Cal-North assigns a certain con-
tract to McBail Company.
ASSI'GNMENT
AS A PART of certain other agreements and considerations,
McBail Company agrees to assume all of the burden and responsibilities
and derive any and all benefits therefrom, of that certain contract
between Cal-North Builders and Developers, Inc and the City of Petaluma,
dated September lOth, 1980, entitled ASSIGNMENT FOR LOW INCOME SENIOR
HOUSING - VILLAGE MEADOW TOWNHOUSES. The time stated in Paragraph 9
thereof shall run from the date of this assignment.
IN CONSIDERATION of the assignment, McBail hereby agrees
to hold Cal-North Builders and Developers safe and harmless from said
assignment.
