Mitijating measures for potential future archaeological finds and neans f'or the preservation of the on-s.ite windmill are required as a condition of the Tentative Map. 2i. No earthquake faults are believed to be active on the site. 3j. Additional air pollution generated by the project is not expected to exceed permissible standards. 4i. Proposed devel~opment is not expected to have a significant impact on the adjacent marsh wild-life habitat. The proposed row of evergreen trees which would separate the site from the marsh will provide a buffer. Design approval o~f the Adobe Creek improvements by the Fish and Game Department should instire proper consideration for the fish and wildlife. - 5. Additional demand for public services will be compensated for by anticipated property tax revenues and required impact fees. 6. Projected.traffic generation is not expected to impact neighboring streets beyond their planned capacity. 7. f Future improvements in the flood plain will be required to conform with all pertinent flood saf~ety regulations. 6 Exhibrit A Reso. 91~45 NCS Page 1 of 1
