ment, and
WHEREAS, by action ta,ken on April ~14, 1981 , the Planning Commission
recommended adoption of the final unit development plan in said Planned Unit
Zone~,' , ~ ~ ~
NO~~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~ED that the final unit development plan on file
in the Office of Community Development and Pla'nning~i's hereby approved pursuant
to Section 1°A-504 'of Zoning Ordinance No~. 1D72 N..6.S. as amend.ed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City.Council' hereby adopts the Findings
o.f the Planning Commission as its findings as' stated on the attached Exhibit
A, and . .

tions set out in the attached Exhibit A.

Filndings
l.; The development proposed is in sutistantial harmony with the General Plan
j of the City of Petaluma, is in conformity with the adopted Environ-
, mental Design Plan for the area, and,is or ~an be~coordinated with
existing and planned development of the sur.rounding areas.
2.~ The streets and thoroug-hfares proposed are suitable and adequate to
' serve the propose.d u'ses and the anticipated traffic which will be
~ generated thereby.
3.! The facts submitted with the application and presented at the hearing
