II~ _ ~ ~ ~~ SUBDIVISION (Ely .B1vd.. & ,Jul i'et ) PLK:ad 3-31-80 ~ ~WHEREAS, Cas'a Grande Companv _ as owner(s) and Sub- divider(s) have filed with' this Council a~tentat,ive map proposing to subdivide land within this City to be known as VILLAGE EAST .II Subdivision, and have paid all required fi.ling fees; and, ~WHEREAS, the City Eng'i~neer, the Director of Planni'ng,, the Sonoma County lfJater A~ency, and the Flanning Gommission have examined and reviewed the same as i - required by law and all reports, recommendations, and commen:ts thereon have been forwarded to and considered by this.Council at, its meeting held on Feb. 2, 1~~1 ~ ~PJOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Council hereby finds as follows: 1. The proposed subdivision~, together wit'h provisions for its design and and improvement, is consis tent~with the General F1`ran. ~2~. The proposed;subdi~ision is compatibl`e w,ith the objectives, policies, general `land uses~, and programs specified i`n sa~id General Plan. ~ 3. The site is physic_all.y suitable for the typ.e~of devel.opment proposed. 4. The site is phys:ically suitable for the "proposed density of development. '5. The design of the Subdivision and the propos:ed improvements therefor will.not cause substantial environmental damage, and no s;ubstantial or avoidable injury will occur to fish or wildl.ife or their habitat. ~6: The design o.f the Subdivision and the type o.f improvements will not cause serious pu61~c health problems. ; i7. The design of the Sub,diGis.ion and the ty~e~o=f improvements proposed will not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at large, for access tF-rou:gh. or u;se of' property wi°thi n the proposed swbdi'vi sion.
