S. of the Ciiy of PeialLim~, Ca:lifornia ~ RESOLUTION APPROVING TENTATTVE SUBDI`VISION MAP FOR PAR1~ P_LACE VII SUBDI~lISI'OPd (QANTAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION)~ WHEREAS, ~ANTAS DEV:ELOPMENT CORPORATION as owner(s) and Sub- elaviu~er(s) have filed with th"i`s Council a tentative map proposing to subdivide land withinithis City to be known as FARK PLACE VII ~ i Subdiviision, and.nave paid all required filina fees; and, ~ WNEP,EAS, the City Engineer, the Director of Planning, the Sonoma County t~later Agency, and the Planning Commission have examined and reviewed the same as required by law and all reports, recommendations, and ~ ~ comments thereon have been i forwar~ed to and considered by this Council at i.ts meeti'ng held on March 9, 1981 - `PdO~~J, THEREFORE, BE IT RfSOLVED that this Courncil hereby finds as follows: ~ l. The proposed sabdiv~sion, toGether wi~th provisions for its design and and imp,rovement, is consistent with the General Plan. 2. The proposed subdivision is compatible with the objectives, policies, general~land uses, and programs s~pecified in said General Plan. ~ ; 3. The site is physically suitable far the type of development proposed: , , . 4. The site is physicall'y suitable for the pruposed density of development. ;5. The design of the Su6division and the prop~sed improvements therefor will no;t cauSe substanti~al envi-ronmental dama~e, and; no substantial or avoidable injury will occur to fish or wildlife or their habitat. • . '6. The design of the Subdivision and t~e type of improverrents will not - cause serious public health problems. 7. The design of the Subdivision and the ty~e of improvements proposed will not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at large, for access through or use of property within th:e proposed subdivision.
