S. :. ~ of the Ciiy of Petaluma, California RESOLUTION APP,ROVT:N,G ~TENTATTVE SUBpIUISION MAP FOR MAD~ISON VILLAGE (FOUR AP:PLES-LAN'D C0.) SUBDIVISIOfJ WHEREAS, THE LAND COMPANY (FOUR APPLES) as owner(s) and Sub- diviaer(s) have filed with this Council a tentati.ve map proposing to subdivide land within this City to be known as MADISON VILLAGE Subdivision, and have ~aid all reqw:ired fi.ling fees; and, WHEREAS, the City Engineer., the Director of Planning, the Sonoma County Glater Agency, and the Planning Commission have examined and reviewed the same as required by law and all repo,rts, recommendations, and comments thereon have been forwarded to and considered by this Council at its meeting held on CdOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLIIED that this Council hereby finds as follows: 1. The proposed subdivision, tocether with provisions for its design and and improvement, is consi,stent with the General Plan. 2. The proposed;subdivi°sion is compatible with the objectives, policies, generallland uses, and programs specified in said General Plan, 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of deve1opment proposed. 4. The:site is physically suitable for t:he proposed density of development.. 5. The design of the Subdivision and the proposed improvements therefor will not cause substantial envi:ronmental damage:, and no substantial or avoidable injury will occur to fish or wildlife or their ha6ita:t.. ~6. The design of the Subdivision and the 'type of improvements will not i cause serious public health problems. ~ ~7. The design of the Subdivis.ion and the ty~e of improvements proposed will not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at large, for access through.or use of property withan the proposed subdivision. ~~.
