I Section 20.16.420 of the Subdivision Ordinance specifies that the City Engineer shall.prepare a writ'ten reporL,of r.ecommendations on.the Tentative Map in relation to the Public Imp.rovement requirements o'f the Sub'division Ordinance ~ and the provisions of the Map Act. ~ 1. The downstream sanitary s;ewer system may;not,`have capacity :for the proposed subdivision. It will be necessary to submit calculations witti the final map and improvement plans indi'cating either that,the downstream sewer system to Magnolia Avenue and Petaluma Bouleyard is adequate or else the improvement ~ plan should reflect an off`site sanitary sewer.main extension capable of servicing the development as well as the remainin'g undeveloped sewer drainage basin. ~ ~ , ' ... 2. The downstream storm drainage system.may.not be adequate to accept the water off this develo:pment without off site improvements. Additionally, on siteistorm drain systems should'discharge int:o a closed conduit rather than to open drainage ditches on side,hills. ' 3.
