SUBJECT: Amendment to Shelter Hills II Development Plan
At its regular meeting of October 28, 1980; the Planning Commission un-
animously recommended approval of several minor changes to the Shelter
Hills II (condominium.deelopment) Development Plan.
Plans have been revised in 30 locations for'the purpose of adjusting
exterior building walls'... The.:reasons for the -changes are to accommodate
.existing minor ,field adjustments (24_times), and allow for amore desirable
interior layout of living rooms located in end ,units (6 times). Minor
locational errors as to building placement.in -condominium projects are
very difficult to detect by the Building Inspectors due.to a lack of
easily identifiable reference points:. The minor errors.were caught by
the project engineering..firm after resurveying.
