divider(s) have filed with th;is Co:uncil a tentative map, proposing to subdivide land

within this City to be known as PARK PLA.CE VI
Subdivision, and have pai:d all'~requi°red filing fees; and,
~ WHEREAS, the City~Engineer, the Director of Planning, the Sonoma County
t~later Agency, and the Planning Commi'ssion have examined and.reviewed the same as
required~by law and all reports, recommendations, and commen'ts thereon have~been
forwar~ed to and considered by this Gouncil at its meeting held on July 22, 1980-

general land uses, and programs s`pecified in said General Plan.
3. The site is phys.ically >suit'able for tfie type-of development proposed.
4. The site is physical1ysuitable for the proposed density of development..
5. The design of the S:ubdivi.sion and th'e.pro'posed improvements therefor
w~ill not',cause substantial environmental damage, and no substantial or avoidable

i:njary will occur to fish or wildli~fe.~or their habit'at.
6. The design o:f the S'ub:di~i~sion arrd the type of improvements will not

7. The design o,f th'e Subdivi's:ion_ and the ty~e of improvements proposed
