Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives.
Peter Tscherneff, Sonoma County, spoke about the Constitution of the United States, bankers,
slaughterhouses,
Bill Donahue, Sandalwood Home Owners Association, Petaluma, spoke about mobile home rent
control disputes.
Irene Hansen, Sandalwood Home Owners Association, Petaluma, spoke about mobile home rent
control disputes.
Todd Power, Arborist, Petaluma, spoke about City trees and would like to hold a benefit for the
care of trees.
City Manager Brown
Duane Bellinger, Petaluma, spoke about the gas tax and says Petaluma does not get its fair
share.
Dave Libchitz, Petaluma, spoke about the election and what motivates individuals to vote for a
particular candidate. He also spoke about flood mapping.

Direction to staff to revise the Minutes of Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting of
Monday, December 1, 2014 to include in the motion for Resolution 2014-190
N.C.S. amendments that were made at the meeting to the 2015-2023 Housing
Element. The minutes will return for approval at the Monday, January 26, 2015
Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting.

The Minutes of Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting of Monday, December 15,
